• Providing information regarding suitable trainings and events,
• Conducting customer satisfaction activities.

• Article 5/2-f of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”): Processing necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,
• Article 5/2-c of the KVKK: Processing necessary for responding to your request.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may only be shared, where necessary, with communication and infrastructure service providers with whom we cooperate.

5. Retention Period

Communication records shall be retained for a period of 3 years.

6. Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data.
