Cancellation and Refund Policy

The educational programs offered by Kapurcuk Academy are planned based on specific quotas and schedules. Therefore, the cancellation and refund conditions are set out below.

Right of Withdrawal

• The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the conclusion of the Agreement.
• The right of withdrawal is valid provided that the educational program has not yet started.

 

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal and refund cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Commencement of the educational program,
• Confirmation of the quota/reservation in the name of the Buyer,
• The commencement of the performance of the service.

 

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

• In case of cancellations made before the start of the program, the payment shall be refunded after deduction of any applicable legal charges.
• No refund shall be made for cancellation requests submitted after the program has started.
• Force majeure events (such as documented medical conditions or mandatory circumstances) shall be evaluated separately by Kapurcuk Academy.

 

Program Cancellation

Kapurcuk Academy reserves the right to cancel the program in cases where the required number of participants is not reached or due to mandatory circumstances. In such cases, all payments made shall be refunded to the Buyer.
