The person who applies for an educational program and completes the payment through the website.

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the purchase of educational programs offered by Kapurcuk Academy by the Buyer.

Scope of the Service

The purchased service includes:

• Participation in the educational program,
• Theoretical and practical training provided within the scope of the program,
• The certificates specified at the end of the program.

Payment and Invoicing

• The training fee shall be charged based on the amount specified on the website.
• Payment may be made via bank transfer/EFT or other announced payment methods.
• An invoice shall be issued in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Performance of the Service

The educational service shall be provided in accordance with the announced schedule and program content. Kapurcuk Academy reserves the right to make changes to the program content and schedule where necessary.

Effective Date

This Agreement shall enter into force once the Buyer approves it electronically.
