During your membership registration, the following personal data may be processed: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, username, password, date of birth, personal preferences, and educational background.

Creating and managing your membership account,
Providing personalized information regarding trainings, events, and campaigns,
Maintaining records of your certificates and training history,
Fulfilling our legal obligations within the scope of membership procedures.

3. Legal Grounds

Article 5/2-c of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”): Processing necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract,
Article 5/2-a of the KVKK: Processing expressly provided for by law.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to educational platform providers, IT infrastructure service providers, and authorized public institutions where required.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data shall be retained throughout your membership period and for 5 years following the termination of your membership.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing activities, and file complaints regarding the processing of your personal data.
