Ebru Köktürk Koralı was born in Istanbul in 1968 and has carried out significant work in business development and brand management for more than 25 years. Beginning her career by developing brand strategies and managing various campaigns, Koralı has also played an active role in organizing events in the fields of culture and arts, gastronomy, and economics.
Her journey in hospitality management began with Çubuklu Hayal Kahvesi between 1995 and 2010, establishing her as a recognized figure within Istanbul’s gastronomy and entertainment scene. With her strong interest in gastronomy, she became one of the founding members of the Tourism Restaurant Investors and Gastronomy Businesses Association (TURYİD), where she currently serves as Vice President. She has also contributed an international perspective to the industry through her role as Committee Chair of the Global GastroEconomy Summit.
Through her documentary project Women of Gastronomy, Koralı documented the stories of women from different regions of Anatolia who contribute to regional gastronomy, demonstrating her commitment to social responsibility within the field.
Through her agency, Sade Gastronomy Communication, she designs events in collaboration with local governments and provides communication services to various brands. She also operates under the FUL.Bistro brand in Beykoz Acarkent, Istanbul.
Koralı is a council member of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) and serves as the Chair of the 17th Restaurant, Food, and Beverage Committee.
